Window of Ann's restaurant in Liberty, TX

It’s 9:45 at night. Case and I are really hungry. We drive into Conroe. The only place with light’s on is Ann’s Fish Market. It looks nice enough. We park and walk in. Inside, every inch of wall is covered with signs that either had descriptions of items on the menu or lines of scripture. Two sisters run the place. One of them tells me that while I’m in town I should go to the SOMETHING INN, because it’s haunted. Her sister says, “Linda!” in a dispariging voice.

I asked what it was haunted by. And she said, “Oh, I don’t know anything baby. I just heard rumors.” Her sister says, “Well, I don’t believe in ghosts because I’m a Christian.” She then asks me, “Do you?” I said, “No. But I like to be scared.”

Main Street in Gwinnet, GA is the center of a small RV park

I looked at the map of Main Street in Moreland and it looked like the major street in a small town. When I arrived, it was indeed a Main Street. But of a different type of small town, an RV park.

I met a man doing his laundry in the one building without wheels, the laundromat. I interviewed him through the window. And then he said that I had to meet his girlfriend. He said she was still asleep, because she’s super lazy. We walked over to his trailer. His girlfriend turned out to be a striped cat with a big circle on his stomach. Her name was Target.
